Welcome to Seekquel support. Most questions are answered below — if you can't find what you need, email us and we'll get back to you within two business days.
Account & sign-in
Sign in with the email and password you used to register, or with Google or Apple if you linked those providers. Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Reading progress and sync
Your reading progress, shelves, ratings, and notes sync automatically across every device you sign in on. Progress is stored as a percentage so it works the same for ebooks, audiobooks, and physical copies. If a device shows stale progress, pull-to-refresh the home screen or sign out and back in to force a re-sync.
Subscriptions and billing
Seekquel Pro is billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Manage, change, or cancel your plan at any time from your platform's subscription settings — Apple or Google handle the billing, refunds, and renewals. We do not store your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly; they own the transaction.
Cancelling Seekquel Pro
On iOS: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Seekquel → Cancel. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Seekquel → Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Seekquel account at any time. Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Deletion permanently removes your profile, shelves, reading history, ratings, reviews, and all personal data within 30 days. This action is irreversible. If you can't access the app, email us from the address registered to your account and we'll process the deletion manually.
Reporting a bug or content issue
Found a bug, a missing book, or incorrect metadata? Signed-in users can submit reports through the in-app Feedback page — we triage and respond there. For urgent issues, email us directly.
