Synopsis

No sooner have Luffy and his crew escaped the bounty hunters of Whisky Peak than they become the target of the criminal organization Baroque Works. The Straw Hats have bigger worries still: they've agreed to protect a very important passenger in return for untold riches.

That passenger is Vivi, the princess of the desert kingdom of Alabasta, and her arrival ties Baroque Works' scheming directly to a political crisis brewing back home. Oda plays much of the crew's early skirmishes with the syndicate's agents for slapstick, comedy-of-errors action even as the stakes quietly sharpen — Nami's practical competence and Luffy's reckless optimism carrying the Straw Hats through fights that are as much gag as battle.

By volume's end the crew has sailed on from Whisky Peak toward Little Garden, a primeval island that promises stranger dangers than the ones they've just left behind. This is Eiichiro Oda's "It's All Right!," the thirteenth collected volume of the One Piece manga, first published in English by VIZ Media in 2007.
