One Piece, Vol. 101: The Stars Take the Stage
Collecting chapters 1016–1025 of Eiichiro Oda's ONE PIECE, this volume continues the raid on Onigashima at the climax of the Wano Country arc. With the Beasts Pirates' strongest officers converging on the fortress roof, the Straw Hats press their attacks: Franky takes on the towering Sasaki, Nico Robin and Brook face down Black Maria's yokai army, and Jinbe squares off against Who's Who. Nami, helped by the turncoat living weapon Zeus, finally brings down Ulti, while Nekomamushi challenges Charlotte Perospero for control of the battlefield.
Elsewhere on the roof, Zoro and a drugged, exhausted Sanji throw themselves at two of Kaido's closest lieutenants, King and Queen, buying time for Luffy to make it back to the fight. And at the center of it all, Kaido — the self-proclaimed strongest creature alive — turns his full attention to Yamato, the child who has spent a lifetime refusing to become him.
Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, leading the raid on Onigashima to free Wano from Kaido's rule.
Emperor of the Beasts Pirates and self-proclaimed strongest creature alive, whose grip on Wano the raid is fighting to break.
Straw Hat swordsman who, alongside a poisoned Sanji, engages Kaido's lieutenants King and Queen on the fortress roof.
Straw Hat cook fighting through exhaustion and poison alongside Zoro against King and Queen.
Kaido's child, who has spent a lifetime rejecting that role and confronts Kaido directly in this volume.
