Synopsis

Forensic anthropologist Tempe Brennan faces a deeply personal case when she discovers the skeleton of a young girl. The remains are found in the neighborhood where her own childhood best friend vanished three decades ago. Now, Tempe must determine if the victim is indeed her long-lost friend, reopening old wounds and uncovering dark secrets from the past.
