Synopsis

Forensic anthropologist Tempe Brennan is called to a North Carolina lake when a submerged bag of remains surfaces. While the discovery initially looks like animal bones, the investigation reveals the body of a young graduate student. Tempe must piece together the evidence to determine if the student's death was a tragic accident or a calculated murder.
