Synopsis

When a reporter is murdered in a small Massachusetts town, Alan Spenser is hired by the local newspaper to investigate the case and the drug-smuggling ring operating around it. Alongside his partner Hawk, Spenser navigates a web of local corruption and violence to bring down the syndicate behind the killings.
