Synopsis

Brian Selznick presents a unique reading experience that interweaves two compelling, independent stories set fifty years apart. Ben's story, taking place in 1977, is told through words, while Rose's 1927 narrative unfolds in pictures. Both children feel a sense of loss and embark on journeys to find what is missing in their lives, risking everything in their search.
