A Love Like This

Donna and Will's lives have crossed paths in strange, near-miss ways ever since they were born in the same Dublin hospital — as children, as teenagers, as young adults, always almost meeting but never quite. Will struggles under his overbearing mother's expectations; Donna is raised by her older sister while wondering what life would be like without her troubled mother. When tragedy strikes each of them in turn, both end up chasing new beginnings on opposite sides of the world — until a sunny day at a café in Auckland finally brings them together. But happiness proves fragile, and disaster pulls them apart again, leaving each with only the memory of what they found and dreams of what might have been.
