Synopsis

The fifteenth book in the Peridale Cafe Cozy Mystery series. Julia South is finally marrying Barker, but her carefully laid wedding plans collapse when a murder interrupts the ceremony itself.

The victim is Gloria, the village choirmaster, whose dictatorial running of the choir had made her more than a few enemies. When the police confirm that she was poisoned, Julia vows to find out who killed her, and why it had to happen in the middle of her own wedding.

A light cozy mystery with a cat-loving, cafe-owning amateur sleuth in a small English village of quirky characters. Written in British English, with no cliffhanger, swearing, gore or graphic scenes.
