Shouting At the Rain

Delsie, who loves tracking the weather, finds her own life experiencing squalls as she begins to wish for a "regular family" instead of living with her Grammy. She also navigates the pain of a friend outgrowing her. Luckily, Delsie finds support in her neighbors and a new friend, Ronan, who is also dealing with personal losses. Together, they explore Cape Cod and learn to cope with their emotions and find strength in each other.
