Synopsis

In 1865 England, newspaper columnist Lady Katherine Bascomb becomes the center of attention after her column helps catch a notorious killer. To escape the sudden spotlight, she flees to a country house party, only to stumble into a fresh murder investigation. There, she must work alongside Detective Inspector Andrew Eversham, the handsome investigator who is less than thrilled to share the case with her.
