Synopsis

Mistakenly stepping into the wrong carriage leads Elinor Rochdale on an unexpected journey to Highnoons, a grand but decaying estate. She's offered a peculiar proposal: marry the dying owner, Eustace Cheviot, as a business arrangement. She was the eldest child of Sylvia Watkins and George Heyer; her brother George Boris was born four years later, and her brother Frank nine years later.
