Synopsis

Eleven months after his liberation from Nazi concentration camps, psychiatrist Viktor E. Frankl delivered a series of lectures on finding meaning and resilience. Published for the first time in English, his words offer a timeless lesson on embracing life even in the face of great adversity. Frankl explores the maxim 'Live as if you were living for the second time,' asserting that every crisis holds opportunity. This rediscovered work shares a profound message about saying yes to life, learned from the strength of his fellow inmates.
