Well Met

Emily knew there would be strings attached when she relocated to Willow Creek, Maryland, for the summer to help her sister recover from an accident. She did not anticipate being roped into volunteering at the local Renaissance Faire alongside her teenage niece — nor that the irritating, inscrutable schoolteacher in charge of the volunteers would be so annoying she can't stop thinking about him.

All's faire in love and war. What starts as sworn enmity between Emily and Simon becomes a flirtation both of them insist is harmless, conducted mostly in costume and in character, which is exactly the problem: it is much easier to say things in a Faire accent than as yourself.
