Synopsis

The Co-op by Tarah DeWitt is a steamy second-chance romance about LaRynn Lavigne and Deacon Leeds, who had one short, contentious summer fling as teenagers and haven't spoken since. A decade later, their grandmothers leave them joint ownership of a rundown building in Santa Cruz, forcing them back into each other's lives.

LaRynn has the money to fix the property but can only access her trust fund while married; Deacon has the construction skills but not the capital. Their deal — marry until the renovation is done, split the profit, and part ways — quickly becomes complicated as living together strips away the emotional walls they'd both built.
