Synopsis

On Nantucket, feisty charter-boat captain Kate MacDonald and the island's new Coast Guard commander, Lieutenant Craig Cole, get off to a rocky start when he cites her for a safety violation. Both are widowed, both are raising a young daughter alone, and both have sworn off romance — until their daughters' friendship keeps pulling the two families together, forcing Kate and Craig to face what they still want from life.
