Synopsis

Mildred Faulkner's successful flower shop business is threatened when a competitor acquires shares from her ailing sister, Carlotta. Mildred's distrust of Carlotta's husband, Bob, deepens when she suspects he's gambled away Carlotta's stock certificates. Panicked, Mildred enlists the help of Perry Mason, but before he can fully investigate, a death occurs, plunging Mildred into a deeper crisis. Mason must now navigate a complex web of deceit and murder to clear her name.
