Synopsis
After a betrayal at work costs Song Kuan her job, she retreats to a friend's family cabin on a Minnesota lake and throws herself into Ice Cold Cases, the true-crime podcast she co-hosts with Lucy. An anonymous tip about a missing-person case upends the quiet they came for.
When Lucy disappears, Song is left alone in an unfamiliar town where locals have little patience for a stranger asking about the past — and where the podcast she was making becomes the case she is living.
Written by playwright Jessica Huang through the Audible Emerging Playwrights Fund and produced as a full-cast audio drama, Song of the Northwoods was named one of Audible's Best of 2022.
