Planet of light

A year after his alien friend Clonar returned to his home planet Rorla, Ron Barron receives an unexpected invitation for his family to visit for a Galactic Federation conference. Unbeknownst to them, their arrival is met with fierce opposition and a hidden enemy determined to see Earth destroyed. As representatives of a deemed 'inferior' civilization, the Barrons find themselves entangled in a web of suspicion and hostility, culminating in Ron's father being framed for assassination and Ron standing trial for the fate of Earth.
