Synopsis

Mary Russell is dispatched to Lisbon and Morocco to keep an eye on a chaotic film crew making a silent movie of The Pirates of Penzance. What starts as an investigation into petty crimes on set quickly turns dangerous when real-life pirates seize the production. Russell must use her wits to navigate a hostage crisis while her husband, Sherlock Holmes, works his own angles in the background.
