Synopsis

Fresh from their adventures in Dartmoor, Mary Russell and Sherlock Holmes are drawn into a decades-old mystery involving the noble Hughenfort family. When the Duke of Beauville's younger brother returns to England, he demands an investigation into the suspicious death of the family heir during the Great War.
