Missing Joseph

Deborah and Simon St. James travel to a remote Lancashire village to mend their strained marriage, only to find the local vicar dead from a suspicious poisoning. When the official inquiry feels too convenient, Simon enlists Detective Inspector Thomas Lynley to help expose the secrets hidden within the small community. They soon find themselves navigating a web of old grief and hidden motives that threaten to destroy more than just the peace of the countryside.
