Synopsis

A cryptic pre-dawn call — "There's a body in Lost Nation" — that cuts off before Gamache can respond sends him and his team to a location no one can place. The corpse looks a century old, resting atop an unmarked, long-abandoned grave, and the case unravels into a hunt for a lost ship, a Victorian botanist's missing papers, and a plant no one has seen in a hundred years.

Miss Wolcott's Ghost continues the Chief Inspector Gamache / Three Pines series.
