Synopsis

A village in Gaul is literally split in two by a massive ditch, the result of a bitter feud between two rival chieftains. When the children of these warring leaders fall in love, Asterix and Obelix are called in to bridge the gap and prevent a Roman intervention. It is a classic tale of star-crossed lovers caught in the middle of a ridiculous local power struggle.
