Asterix and Cleopatra

Asterix and Obelix accompany their druid Getafix to Egypt to help his old friend Edifis, an architect, complete a massive palace project. The palace is the centerpiece of a wager between Cleopatra and Julius Caesar: if she finishes it in three months, he must admit that Egypt's culture is superior to Rome's. As the deadline looms, the Gauls must outwit pirates, a treacherous Egyptian spy, and the Roman army itself to ensure the palace is completed in time.
