When careful, keen-minded businessman Graham Braden travels to Oak Falls, Virginia for the wedding of his friend Reed Cross to Grace Montgomery, he intends to stay only long enough to help renovate Reed's new theater. Instead he is asked to assess, and possibly invest in, a business belonging to Grace's free-spirited sister, Morgyn Montgomery. Morgyn is everything Graham is not: impulsive, gloriously disorganized, and far more attuned to the energy flowing through her eclectic little retail shop than to the accuracy of her ledgers. Graham likes numbers that add up and plans that hold, while Morgyn trusts instinct and the feel of a room.
