Synopsis

A former reporter turned private investigator is hired to investigate a series of bombings and kidnappings targeting Florida's tourist industry. As the investigation deepens, he and his colleagues uncover a radical cell of extremists who believe the only way to save the state's environment is to violently drive away the tourists and developers threatening it.
