Synopsis

Jack works the graveyard shift at a gas station in a small town where nothing is quite right. The regulars include cultists and things that only look like people; the woods behind the pumps hide horrors; and reality itself seems to bend and fray a little more with every strange night on the clock.

Recording it all in a series of increasingly alarmed journal entries and posts, Jack tries to make sense of the impossible occurrences piling up around him — disappearances, monsters, a town with far too many secrets — while keeping his dark sense of humor intact and, ideally, staying alive until sunrise.

Originally a viral online serial, Jack Townsend's first volume of "Tales from the Gas Station" blends creepypasta horror, weird fiction, and deadpan comedy into an addictive, unsettling ride.
