Synopsis

Anthony Bridgerton, the eldest Bridgerton sibling and Viscount, has finally decided to marry—for practical reasons, and to a woman he could never love. He sets his sights on Edwina Sheffield, the season's most admired debutante. There is only one obstacle: Edwina will not marry anyone her older sister does not approve of, and her sister has taken an instant, thorough dislike to Anthony.

Kate Sheffield is sharp-tongued, protective, and utterly unimpressed by the rakish viscount. The more Anthony tries to win Edwina's hand, the more time he spends sparring with Kate—and the more he realizes he has been courting the wrong sister all along.

The second book in Julia Quinn's Bridgerton series and the basis for the show's second season, The Viscount Who Loved Me is a sparkling enemies-to-lovers Regency romance about duty, grief, and the person you never meant to fall for.
