The Reversal

A defense attorney, Harry Haller, agrees to prosecute a single case — the retrial of a convicted kidnapper and murderer from 1986. To build his team he brings in his ex-wife Maggie McPherson as co-prosecutor and his half-brother Harry Bosch, an LAPD detective, to investigate the evidence behind the original conviction. As old DNA technology is retested and new questions emerge about what really happened that night, Haller must navigate a media circus, a ruthless defense attorney, and a case where the truth may not be as clear as it first appeared.
