Synopsis

Emily St. John Mandel is a Canadian novelist born in 1979 in Merville, British Columbia. Raised on Denman Island, she studied contemporary dance at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre before turning to fiction, and now lives in New York City. Her novels include Last Night in Montreal, The Singer's Gun, Station Eleven, The Glass Hotel, and Sea of Tranquility. Station Eleven won the 2015 Arthur C. Clarke Award and was adapted into an HBO Max limited series.
