Synopsis
Christmas has arrived at Marlow House Bed and Breakfast. Danielle Boatman has guests to keep fed and a town outside that has committed thoroughly to the season. Walt Marlow, who has spent close to ninety Christmases in this house without anyone to spend them with, is having a better time than he expected.
The holiday does not stay uncomplicated. Frederickport produces a puzzle, as Frederickport reliably does, and Danielle finds herself working it between breakfasts.
The sixth Haunting Danielle mystery and the series' Christmas entry — warmer than most cozies, with Bobbi Holmes leaning into the ghost-at-Christmas premise the series was always going to reach.
