Synopsis

The Heffley family escapes the cold for a Christmas vacation at a tropical island resort, the same place where Greg's parents honeymooned. Greg expects sun and relaxation, but sunburn, stomach trouble, and the resort's wildlife turn the trip into another ordeal, testing whether a "paradise" vacation can survive contact with the Heffleys.
