The Forbidden Freshman

Ethan just needs to survive one month without girls after losing a bet with his hockey teammates — a plan that unravels the moment he saves freshman Mikayla from a carload of sleazy strangers. Instead of gratitude, she insults him and insists she can take care of herself, which only makes him more determined to learn everything about her, including the secret he's sure she's hiding.

Katy Archer opens the Nolan U Hockey series with a standalone, slow-burn college sports romance where breaking a bet might mean losing more than just his place on the team.
