The Enchanted

An investigator known only as 'the lady' specializes in saving death row inmates, but her skills are tested when she takes on the case of York, a killer who wishes to die. As she uncovers the dark secrets of York's past, she finds unsettling parallels to her own life. All the while, a mute prisoner observes the unfolding drama, escaping into a fantastical world of his own creation within the ancient stone walls of the prison.
