Ross Campbell
D. Ross Campbell, M.D., was born and raised in New Mexico. He directed a mission hospital in Bolivia, then returned to the U.S. and received a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy, and went on to receive a medical degree from the University of Florida. He interned at Charlotte Memorial Hospital in North Carolina, where he received a fellowship in child psychiatry.
