Synopsis

Thursday Next returns to her hometown of Swindon, hoping for a quiet life with her son after years of policing the literary world. Instead, she has to manage a displaced Prince Hamlet and stop a corrupt politician from seizing power. It is a race against time to save the world from a literal end-of-the-world scenario while navigating the absurdities of a reality where fiction and fact collide.

Jasper Fforde is an English novelist, born in London in 1961 and now living in Wales. After working as a focus puller on films including GoldenEye and The Mask of Zorro, he published his first novel, The Eyre Affair, in 2001, after 76 publisher rejections.
