Synopsis

Hazel Buchanan has her senior year mapped out: win respect as color guard captain, launch her first D&D campaign as Dungeon Master, and steer clear of distractions. Her plan takes a critical hit when Max, her former best friend and longtime crush, returns to town with an unexplained chip on his shoulder. Between rival band sections and meddling parents who keep throwing them together, Hazel and Max can't stop bickering, even as their old feelings resurface at the gaming table.
