Synopsis

Sixteen-year-old Quinn moves to a new town near her beloved grandmother after a disastrous falling-out with her former best friend and their Dungeons & Dragons group. On her first day at her new school she meets Kashvi, who invites her into a livestreamed D&D campaign with Dungeon Master Sloane, Kashvi's twin brother Sanjiv, and classmate Logan — who Quinn falls for almost instantly.

The catch: the group has a strict no-dating policy for its members. Complicating things further, Quinn's grandmother has decided Quinn and Logan are meant to be together, and is determined to nudge them toward each other by any means necessary.

As the campaign escalates, Quinn has to manage feelings for Logan she isn't supposed to have while battling both imaginary dragons and very real real-life awkwardness alongside him, in a slow-burn romance built around a shared love of tabletop gaming.
