Rise and Fall

Skylar and her best friend Carter finally cross the line from friendship into something more - one night before Carter leaves to spend six months touring Europe with a band as a music journalist. On her way home, Sky is in an accident that leaves her unable to walk again.

Not wanting Carter to give up his dream for her, Sky hides the accident and its aftermath from him entirely, rebuilding her life from a wheelchair while he's away. When Carter returns not knowing what happened, the reunion he expects and the one he gets are two very different things.

The opening book of the Faith-Reihe, Rise and Fall is a friends-to-lovers romance about what people hide from each other out of love, and what it costs them.
