Synopsis

A loose reimagining of Blodeuwedd from Welsh mythology. Lonely young Rory is given a companion by his sister, meant only to keep him occupied: Daye, a friend woven from flowers and words. Their friendship blooms, but Rory discovers that Daye disintegrates at the end of every season unless painstakingly reconstructed — and each decay risks that she won't return at all. As they grow older and their bond deepens into something more, Rory's increasingly desperate attempts to extend Daye's existence force her to confront just how much autonomy she truly has.
