Synopsis

When debt-ridden Palm Beach playboy Warren 'Chip' Ganz decides to take a rich man hostage, he picks the wrong target: bookmaker Harry Arno. Harry is an expert scammer with a U.S. Marshal hot on his trail. With everyone armed and dangerous, this kidnapping is bound to go sideways.
