Nimisha's Ship

On Vega III, Lady Nimisha Boynton-Rondymense defies her society's decadent ways, preferring the challenging world of her father's starship design. She becomes his secret assistant and, after a tragedy, his successor at the Rondymense shipyards. Nimisha's focus on her father's ambitious Mark 5 cruiser blinds her to the animosity of her father's designated heir, Lord Vestrin. A solo test flight of the Mark 5 goes terribly wrong, stranding Nimisha light-years from home on a perilous planet.
