Synopsis

The concluding volume of Pierce Brown's original Red Rising trilogy brings Darrow's rebellion to its breaking point. Betrayed and brought low, everything he has fought and sacrificed for hangs in the balance, and the Society he set out to topple is more dangerous and more entrenched than ever.

To have any hope, Darrow must gather his scattered allies, win the trust of the downtrodden Colors he claims to fight for, and forge a true coalition out of grief, rage, and hope. What follows is total war — across Mars and the wider solar system — as friends and enemies alike are forced to choose sides, and as Darrow learns that freedom cannot be won without terrible loss.

Sweeping, brutal, and emotional, Morning Star delivers the payoff to the trilogy's long game of rebellion and revenge, cementing the saga's reputation for epic battles, hard sacrifices, and hard-won hope.
