Synopsis

Dungeon Desolation is the fourth novel in Dakota Krout's Divine Dungeon series, continuing the war storyline introduced in Dungeon Calamity. With regional leadership gutted by the necromantic army's advance, the power vacuum left behind proves as dangerous as the undead themselves, and Cal's floating dungeon becomes a target from multiple directions.

The book puts particular pressure on Dale, whose responsibilities are stripped away and reassigned, forcing him to confront how much of his growth has depended on circumstance versus his own will. As the series' central war intensifies, Dungeon Desolation raises the stakes for both of its leads heading into the next installment.
