Der Sommer, in dem es zu schneien begann

Der Sommer, in dem es zu schneien begann
Synopsis
Eva's husband Jackson has only recently become her husband when he disappears without a trace. Reeling and desperate for answers, she travels to Tasmania to be near his family, hoping for comfort and support. Instead she is met with an unsettling distance from the people who should be her allies, and slowly uncovers a history they would rather keep buried — one that traces back to a single fateful summer years earlier, the summer it began to snow.
As Eva pieces together fragments of the past, the novel moves between her present-day search for Jackson and the buried events that shaped his family long before she entered it, building toward the truth behind his disappearance.
Lucy Clarke's novel was published in English as "A Single Breath." This German edition, "Der Sommer, in dem es zu schneien begann," was translated by Claudia Franz.
