Der Bilderwächter

Der Bilderwächter is the sixth volume in Monika Feth's bestselling Erdbeerpflücker (Jette Weingärtner) thriller series.

Two years after the death of her famous brother Ruben, Ilka finally opens the boxes containing his artistic estate — and the act unleashes consequences she never anticipated. When an employee of the estate's administrator is found dead, Ilka becomes the focus of an intense media frenzy and a police investigation, drawing Jette back into another dangerous case.

As with the rest of the series, the novel combines psychological tension with a tightly plotted mystery, following Jette as she works to separate rumor from fact before the truth catches up with the wrong person.
