Das Berghotel 188

Marion Berger works as an advertising photographer in Mayrhofen, running a business with her friend Christian Kaufmann that's only doing middling — and the two of them haven't been happy together for a long time. A new assignment to photograph the mountain hotel comes at a welcome moment, but then Marion's beloved aunt Inge dies suddenly. Childless, Inge leaves Marion everything — pulling her back into a past she thought she'd left behind.

"Das Berghotel 188: Post aus der Vergangenheit" is an installment of "Das Berghotel – Liebe und Schicksal in St. Christoph," a long-running German Heimatroman (regional romance) series published by Bastei Lübbe since 2012, set around an old mountain hotel in the fictional village of St. Christoph in the Zillertal.
