Synopsis

Attack on Titan, Vol. 26 is the twenty-sixth tankōbon volume of Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin), collecting chapters 103 through 106 — "Assault," "Victor," "Bullet," and "Volunteers" — as originally serialized in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine and published in Japan on August 9, 2018.

Willy Tybur's staged spectacle in the port city of Liberio lays bare, to Marley and the watching world, the danger that Paradis Island represents — just as Eren Yeager launches a one-man assault on the Marleyan military that deals it a devastating blow. Inside the city, Mikasa, Connie, and Sasha spread chaos and sever Marleyan communications, while the unresolved battle for the War Hammer Titan threatens to draw in the full strength of Marley's warriors.

This volume sits at the heart of the manga's "Marley arc," the turn from a survival story behind the Walls into a wider war between two nations, each convinced of its own cause — a shift reviewers have credited with pushing the series into more morally complex territory.
