At the Edge of the World

In the wake of the English Peasants' Revolt, a young man named Crispin and a girl named Troth flee across a war-torn countryside, pursued by the men who once called them friends. Guided by the jester Bear, they seek a new life far from the violence of their past, only to find that the world they are running toward is just as dangerous as the one they left behind.
